Beautiful CAD is not the same as buildable CAD

I’ve seen my fair share of stunning models—perfectly mated, spotless tree, textures just right…

But when you hand it to the machinist? Silence. Followed by “How exactly do you expect us to make this?”

Mechanical design isn’t just about geometry.
It’s about intent, constraints, tolerances, access, cost, tools, and people.

Pretty is easy. Practical is mastery.

Design for the real world, or risk designing for nobody.
