Objective: Facilitate the development of Wishbone's highly adaptable, eco-friendly balance bike crafted from recycled plastic.
Key Points:
Utilize recycled plastic wherever feasible.
Ensure extensive adjustability in small increments to accommodate children aged 1 to 6.
Preserve the aesthetic appeal of the original handcrafted foam prototypes.
Accomplishments: We successfully translated the organic, handcrafted prototypes into a precise engineering CAD model. This allowed us to design the innovative rotating height adjustment mechanism (Rotafix). Employing Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we accurately anticipated material suitability and part performance. Additionally, we produced high-quality animations for effective marketing.
